HPC-STOR

The HPC-STOR is a high performance data acquisition, high performance computing, and storage system. The acquisition unit comprises a PCIe Gen2 backplane with:
- A dual Intel® Xeon® based system board
- A PCIe Gen2 x8 slot for one data acquisition and processing board such as the TRETO board or the TRETO-2 board
- A PCIe cabling board that allows external connection to the storage unit
The removable storage unit provides 6 TB of disk storage, with sustained read/write speeds in excess of 1 GByte/sec.

» Deliverables

The system is delivered with a Linux-based software that enables real-time transfer of data acquired by any Accelize accelerator board (ex. TRETO or TRETO-2 board: data acquired over 10G Ethernet or SerialLiteII) into the 6TB storage unit (write and read). The software is built on top of Accelize's board API and PCIe device driver, and can be modified to work with any other data acquisition board.
